iOS uygulaması 1.1 sürümünden itibaren maçlar arasında reklam gösterir; maç sırasında asla göstermez. Reklamları Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) sunar. Uygulamanın içindeki Google yazılımı reklamı sunmak, ölçmek ve sahtekârlığı önlemek için şunları toplar: yaklaşık konum (IP adresinden), reklam etkileşimi (hangi reklamın gösterildiği, tıklanıp tıklanmadığı), cihaz bilgisi ve performans/çökme verisi. Google bu veriyi kendi politikasına göre işler.
Maç sonunda kabul edilmeyen bir cevabını "doğru" diye bildirirsen, sunucumuz cevabı, maçın o anki durumunu ve tarihi hesabınla birlikte saklar. Bu kayıtları yalnızca oyuncu verimizi düzeltmek için okuruz; hesabını sildiğinde silinirler.
Bildirimleri açarsan sunucumuz cihazının Apple bildirim anahtarını, dilini ve açtığın bildirim türlerini hesabınla birlikte saklar; arkadaşlık isteği, kabul, canlı maça davet ve sıra tabanlı oyun bildirimlerini göndermek için kullanılır. Arkadaş ve davet bildirimleri uygulama açıkken gönderilmez. Profil'den her türü kapatabilirsin; anahtar Apple geçersiz saydığında ya da hesabını sildiğinde silinir.
Sıra tabanlı bir oyun başlattığında oyunun durumu (sorular, verdiğin cevaplar, sonuç) ve rakibinin rastgele hesap numarası sunucuda saklanır. Hesabını sildiğinde rakibi olan oyunlar onun galibiyeti olarak biter ve yalnızca silinen hesabın rastgele numarasını taşır; diğerleri silinir.
Mağazadaki ipuçları, çerçeveler, kutlamalar, emoji paketleri, başlangıç paketi ve forma tasarımı Apple üzerinden satın alınır; ödemeyi Apple alır, kart veya ödeme bilgini görmeyiz. Bir satın alımı hesabına işlemek için sunucumuz Apple'ın verdiği işlem numarasını, ürünü ve tarihi hesabınla birlikte saklar; aynı satın alım iki kez işlenmez. Bu kayıt ipucu bakiyeni ve sahip olduklarını göstermek için kullanılır, hesabını sildiğinde silinir.
Verini satmıyoruz. Oyun hesabını (takma ad, puan, arkadaşlar, giriş bağlantıları) reklam ağıyla paylaşmıyoruz ve Google AdMob dışında hiçbir reklam veya analiz şirketi kullanmıyoruz.
Oyun sunucusu ve yedekleri Amazon Web Services'in Frankfurt (Almanya) bölgesinde çalışır. AWS yalnızca barındırma hizmeti verir; verine kendi amaçları için erişmez. Yedekler, silinen verilerin de içinde bulunduğu geçmiş durumlarla birlikte en fazla 14 gün tutulur.
Uygulamada Profil → Hakkında ve hesap → Hesabı sil seçeneği hesabını, puanlarını, arkadaşlıklarını, engellemelerini, Apple/Google giriş bağlantılarını ve seninle ilgili şikâyetleri hemen siler; Apple ile girdiysen Apple'daki girişi de iptal eder. Geçmiş maç kayıtlarında yalnızca kimseye bağlanamayan rastgele hesap kimliği kalır. Silinen veriler yedeklerden en geç 14 gün içinde kendiliğinden kalkar.
6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verine erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakkın var. Takma adını uygulamadan değiştirebilir, hesabını uygulamadan silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için: gokturkgocen@gmail.com.
FK Duel 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

From version 1.1 the iOS app shows ads between matches, never during one. The ads come from Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google's software in the app collects, to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud: approximate location (from your IP address), ad interactions (which ad was shown and whether it was tapped), device information, and performance and crash data. Google processes it under its own policy.
If you report a refused answer as right on the result card, our server keeps the answer, the state of the match at that moment and the date with your account. We read these only to fix our player data; they are deleted when you delete your account.
If you turn notifications on, our server keeps your device's Apple push token, its language and the kinds you enabled with your account, to send friend requests, acceptances, live match invitations and turn-based game notifications. Friend and invitation notifications are not sent while the app is open. You can switch each kind off in Profile; the token is removed when Apple reports it invalid or when you delete your account.
When you start a turn-based game, its state (the questions, your answers, the result) and your opponent's random account ID are kept on our server. When you delete your account, games against another person end as their win and keep only the deleted account's random ID; the others are deleted.
Hints, frames, celebrations, emote packs, the starter pack and the kit designer in the Shop are bought through Apple; Apple takes the payment and we never see your card or payment details. To credit a purchase to your account, our server keeps the transaction ID Apple gives, the product and the date with your account, so a purchase is never credited twice. The record is used to show your hint balance and what you own, and it is deleted when you delete your account.
We never sell your data. We do not share your game account (nickname, rating, friends, sign-in links) with the ad network, and we use no advertising or analytics company other than Google AdMob.
The game server and its backups run in Amazon Web Services' Frankfurt (Germany) region. AWS only provides the hosting and does not use your data for its own purposes. Backups, including earlier states that may hold deleted data, are kept for at most 14 days.
Profile → About and account → Delete account in the app immediately deletes your account, ratings, friendships, blocks, Apple/Google sign-in links and the reports that involve you, and revokes the Apple sign-in if you used one. Past match records keep only the random account ID, which links to no one. Deleted data leaves the backups on its own within 14 days.
Under Turkish law (KVKK) and the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or erase your data. You can change your nickname and delete your account in the app. For anything else: gokturkgocen@gmail.com.
FK Duel is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
