I lost my connection during a match. The app reconnects on its own; back within 30 seconds, the match carries on where it was.
Is my opponent a real player? In ranked play, when no player is found quickly, you play a computer opponent at your level. When you challenge a friend, your opponent is always that friend.
Someone is bothering me. Use Report or Block on their profile. You will not be matched with a player you blocked.
How do I delete my account? Profile → About and account → Delete account. The privacy page lists what is deleted.
I moved to a new device. Where is my account? Accounts are guest accounts kept on the device; a new device starts a new account.
